  • The ever cordial David sir was expressionless throughout my interview, except one point where he looked briefly amused.
  • @albela_cute : I don't think we can. There are some boards (most of them this time, it seems) which are in general cordial to all, irrespective of candidate's profile.

  • May be, Board follows stress interview approach who are younger in age, assuming that a candidate just out of college will have less practical experience and more theory-oriented.
  • Can we generalize stress interview vs cordial interview or it depends on the candidates profile and board ?
    In fact stress interviews happen only after seeing DAF of candidate. Better the DAF stress level is being increased by board strategically. If the daf us simple or candidate is found an inexperienced one the board takes them as novices.so accordingly the stress decreases.

    All this is according to previously selected candidates whom i have talked to.

    I just understand one thing why do we always try to find 100% accuarte theory that too we we explicitely says tht its a prediction or extrapolation ...so everything is statistics here with some insider data point ..we cant have exact theory ..what we are looking for a pattern which is in general hold true..

    No brother.the probability of stress interview increases with more experience and more achievements in DAF
  • @GnR I faced Stress interview from Vinay Mittal board. It went on for 40min. And they had kept their ammo ready since the minute i stepped in. Now after seeing many comments here my heart is at ease knowing that it works in our favour.
