Joined 3 years ago and after a day, I realized facebook was distracting me enough from my college work and I didn't need Twitter too to barbaad-fy my academics
After talking to about 20-25 guys who have been previoisly selected, i want to share something with the guys who had stress interviews and are worried about the hostile attitude of interviewrs.
Maximum marks are scored by the guys who faced stress interviews and expressionless faces of board.
Guys who recieved too many smiles got average marks.

i dont know about your source but this is the information i recieved from one of relative who happenes to be working in IT department of UPSC that so called tough board with grilling attitude are more prolific in awarding the marks rather thn cordial board ... i even verified this with few of my seniors who are persued their FC this year ... so all the best for the candidate who faced the heat ...Achche din aane vaale hae
Stress interview marks depend on how well you have handled stress. If you go inside a board already stressed, they will not try to stress you much. People have had varied conclusions wrt marks vs stress levels. So cannot tell for sure.

In fact some people said that it is always better when board never looks satisfied and it is because they probably make up their mind in initial 10 min or so and want to grill candidate to the fullest.guys who pass these moments smiling end up smiling after the result also.
There is no difference in reserved or general candidates.
It seems like really " achche din aane wale hain". :>
yes the so called cordial board hapenes to be cordial they dont want to stress the person further ..but they do need to complete the process ..so became very poilte ....but as they have already identified that person isnt capable of taking staress which is prevalent in our administartaive work they award below avg marks ..but in case of stress and more question int they strive to ask more as guys seems to know everything so it goes on and he gets better then the rest marks
