I want to invite every one to come and share their strategy to revise maths. In my last mains exam with Math, in few questions I could not proceed further after a point. Which caused a huge loss of marks because UPSC does not do any step marking in maths. So this makes revision more crucial.
guys i have completed engineering ....and want to take mathematics as a optimal subject for ias mains exam(because my writing skills are nt very good and also mathematics is scoring subject )......if m nt very good in mathematics, not even bad ....but there are some topics which i find them very difficult to understand like modern algebra ....and there are some more topics .... so i always scare for taking math as a my optional ....because some topics can ruin my whole hard work ....... what should i do ..please suggest me ....??(sorry for bad English , m trying to improve that ) :-))
Hello Guys! I'm also taking mathematics as an optional . Right now I'm only following textbooks. But I've seen " xerox material of venkanna " in many posts . Is it really good (helpful)? I don't want to burden myself with too much reading material. Also If you have previous year question papers (last 5 or 10yrs) please give me a download link. Thanks in advance.
