Most of the chapters of the book are the part of the syllabus, nevertheless, keep referring previous years question and avoid reading redundant topics.........

(i) CSE 2009, paper 2, Q 1(e) f(z)={a0+a1*z+..............+a(n-1)*z^(n-1)}/{b0+b1*z+...............+bn*z^n}; bn≠0 Assume that the zeroes of the denominator are simple. Show that the sum of the residues of f(z) at its poles is equal to a(n-1)/bn. (a0,a1.....; b0, b1..... are coefficients)
(ii) CSE 2011, paper 2, Q 3(c) Evaluate by contour integration, 1 ∫[1/(x^2 - x^3)^(1/3)]dx 0
