Xeroxed material of VVR( K Venkanna- IMS institute) - Rs 1400 2. Boooks mentioned on Kashish Mittal and Prakash RP blog
Books will be sold at around 60-70% of MRP. All books are brand new. If anyone is interested then PM me or if you want to inspect the material personally, you can visit IITB, Mumbai.
Little introduction of mine: I have appeared in two mains with physics and Math. This time i am dropping physics. I have few difficulties in Fluid mechanics ( some portion), Abstract algebra (some portion) and real analysis(some portion). To make this thread more useful should we discuss direct topics/doubts etc? It will benefit all. What others say?
Hi, I am using M.D. Raisinghania for Fluid Mechanics and assume that every one is using the same. But I need to know what all chapters every one is doing? do we need to cover motion of cylinder? I covered fluid mechanics from 12 markers point of view. But now I am planning to cover this completely.

@DareDevil@scoob_88 : What is a good (and average) score in optional after scaling out of 500 to secure a place in coveted pdf assuming you have done average in GS?

Leave good or bad. If your optional is Maths, try hard to score not less than 300. It is achievable.
Mathematics, and for that matter other science/engineering optional, is know for its wonder. Unlike the humanities subject, here if you answer a question then answer it rightly. Otherwise, examiner will not give any mark for the worlds, symbols and digits.
Therefore, read some standard books, solve lots of unsolved problems and be well prepared to face any variations, if any, in the paper, . Mathematician will figure in top 20 this year.
