This is my 2nd attempt.......and again fail...........Sala accha khasa IIT Bombay se M.Tech kr raha tha.....lkin ek din UPSC ka aesa chaska laga ki M.Tech bhi chod di. aur last 2 year se kutto ki tarah kebal prelims ke taiyari ki h.....lkin pata nhi sala ye prelims kb clear hoga (ye sale UPSC vale har sal koi na koi naya game khelte h )
