Yar the summary page is just the repeat of the question asked earlier... Have you appeared in 2011 in its literal sense means " Have you appeared in 2011 but presently ine ligible?" They should have written the full statement to clear the confusion... Point is that in summary page whatever we entered at the first place comes for review..no new questions are asked fields are populated automatically...so one need not worry....
Yes u r correct... Complete question is have u appeared in 2011 and otherwise not eligible in 2015? meaning... r u eligible in 2015 only due to extra attempt being given to 2011 attempters? This is question simply put.actually upsc trying to segregate candidates appearing due to extra attempt for 2011 public. therfore if appeared in 2011 and still eligible in 2015 then write. No....if u need this one extra attempt concession to be eligible in 2015 then write YES

Guys, any idea about the issue a few people were reporting with respect to 6th attempters filling the form. Some were saying the online application doesn't allow 6th attempters saying attempts have been exhausted. Have this issue been sorted out. I'm yet to fill the form due to this.

I think that person put '05' instead of '5' that resulted in the error. That column may not accept double digits. Some other candidates filled application writing 5 without any issues.
Have you guys seen/checked again your complete application on upsc. they've revised the question in even the already filled ones! So instead of earlier question of "Was CSP, 2011 your last attempt as per CSE,2011 Notification" the question has changed to "Have you appeared at CSP 2011". Can UPSC be allowed to edit information like that?
