@siddy248 , Bro go and pay using challan in any of the nearest sbi branch. OR borrow a visa or master card from someone. or go to cybercafes , some of them have sbi net banking they might pay for you. or you can wait till credit card services are restored , try then.

Help me out!!! I m doing job in gujrat , earlier was having plan to come to delhi. So filled the centre delhi, now I have to change the centre to Ahmedabad. What will I have to do? Whether fill new form or write application to upsc?
Fill new form, UPSC wont entertain such kind of applications
Bro.. Is there limit on no. of applications, I hv called upsc, a mam said fill the second one carefully, upsc would not entertain more than two applications.
I paid 100 as showed in the website, is this correct ??? or should it be 200(100 each) for both exams...???
fees is 100 combined. the thing is you will be giving a only paper 1 and 2 nothing else. which will allow you to qualify for both exam on separate list. Moreover, till last year upsc charged 50 rs for civil , its doubled now. so i don't thing you have to pay 200 , its just 100. If you have used CC or Net Banking . then you made right payment. since payment is auto generated.
I am eligible for OBC reservation .When is the non-creamy layer certificate required-while applying for mains or interview? Consider I have NCL certificate dated in MAR 2013-will it be sufficient for Interview in 2014? I heard its validity is only 6 months.

@Yadhu Bro they ask for a copy of certificates when you fill mains exam form. mostly it will include your category certificate too. that should be around aug . these will be photo copies.
Then if you get selected they will again ask for a certificate on a given form to be certified by Regional authority . This time at the time of interview, you have to show them original certificate marksheets , caste , category or what ever certificates are necessary.
ncl certificate has to re issued or renewed. or a fresh certificate is required at the time of interviews. Most of the people i know did this. they had a certificate of obc and they got a fresh certi before interview.

if you go to upsc.gov.in now, look for mains result this year , there are forms to be submitted by selected candidates , they have a certificate proforma too. so have a look . http://www.upsc.gov.in/exams/written-results/csm/2012/prnote&idx.htm
