  • @Lankeshwar bhai baised in the sense ki those who belong to the bureaucratic fertinity they always get good marks and this has been happening far too often to be a coincidence so probably an advantage for those ppl
you talked about bias against, not favour.
if someone gets in 130s then that case is not to be blamed as average interview marks for selected candidates was 180 last year.
    one implies the other...
    no.
if favour is there for bureaucrat child, the it explains good mark for such child but does not explain poor marks in 130s for someone else as average itself was 180.. dimag agao mitra
i was talking in context of your statement....if someone is biased in favour of one as against the other it implies he is biased against the second one..
    ~X( ~X(
galat bat ko khinche ja rahe... lawyer ho kya mitra? >:)

@Lankeshwar - Lanka mein danka baja ke ye ghoshit kiya jaata hai ki Results aane mein time hai, I had a talk with Mr. Maharshi and he said although he is not sure about the exact date , but it will be out sometime during end of march, sitting back and doing bakar will make things difficult at the end.
and there have been many changes all over in past three months.

Interview does make a lot of difference to the ranking.
