@corona that was even better when Loha looked for his plastic tumbler and chacha tells him to look below the table! I felt a very cute character in this LOHA though he was quite generous with his abuses and I found him closest to Rajpal Yadav. As always its a delight to see officers not considering such postings as sinecures.

yes Loha is the hero, the local robin hood. My take away from the documentary was Ritu Maheshwari's words towards the end. It's really difficult to change the system when you know that you won't be there for long. What if she was there for say three years? I really think she could have improved the performance at least a little. Don't know what happened to the 'civil services board'. /:) The system has huge inertia, In the end it's only the people who suffer while netas continue to make false promises. The story was compelling and entertaining yet very poignant at the same time.
On another note, the officer really showed class and guts while dealing with the foul mouthed MLA.
Why did Loha Singh agree for this movie/documentary ? I mean he is openly accepting all the theft he did and does.. won't it put him in legal problems ? Or am I missing something here ?
Also, apart from Ritu Maheshwari's interview, which all scenes involving her were shot/recreated and which ones were actual ? What about the scene where she is shown playing with kids and dogs, are government servants allowed to act like this for a movie or some permission was taken from competent authority ?
Vaise kya accha laga is movie me logo ko ?.......Maha ghatiyaa darze ki movie hai ye to.---this is my personal view.....Salaa isse to Ramgopal Verma ki movies acchi hoti hai ........
Aur vaise Ritu Maheshwari ke Husband ka naam hai - Mayur Maheshwari , UP Cadre IAS , 2003 Batch, IIT Delhi Graduate , B Tech ( Textile Technology ) , cleared Civils in his second attempt , at the age of 27 , Optionals - Geography and Psychology ....All India Rank - 6 ....
And Ritu and Mayur's Batch topper was -- Ankur Garg , IIT Delhi , B Tech ( Electrical Engineering ) , Optionals- Physics and Chemistry, Cleard Civils in his maiden attempt , at the age of 23 .......Ankur's wife Swati Sharma is also an IAS officer of the same batch i.e 2003 ...Both were allocated to AGMUT Cadre.....
