does anyone got softcopy of Haralambos and Holborn (The Blue Book) Need it desperately

Why dont you get a hardcopy, the Indian edition. It's quite cheap and will be a lot easier to read than the e copy edition. Surely, it is worth the money considering the portion that you will be required to read from it.

i dint find Ritzer apt for civils. It's a good book but UPSC does not need such kind of knowledge. IMO you should read IGNOU for thinkers and then refer to blue haralambos. you can also refer to Upendra's handwritten notes for this topic... they are good. This should be sufficient.

the original one is expensive,bulky and has to be filtered out a lot for upsc!!!
