bhai applications are invited on the basis of notification issued on 31st may, it mentions there will be 2 papers of 200 marks each, with over 10 days left upsc cannot change it and say paper 2 will be for 180, they have to redistribute the marks so that paper 2 carries 200 marks..since minister has made a statement they have to clarify whether they are implementing it or not...if they are not implementing it again the protests will start against govt
