Yes, they should!! even if satus quo remains, which one, 400 wala ya 377.50 wala, dopt minister ne 15 july ko urge kiya toh postpone nahi kiya, Rajya sabha mein statement diye hue hafta hone wala hai, UPSC ne kuch bhi notify nahi kiya... ab toh sabhi aspirants ko mobile aur mail pe massage bhi karna padega...
