3rd august 2013 i called farid sir for pre result , he said it will come monday 5th august but after 4-5 hours result came the same day....so good chance of today itself....
Exactly. Even my friend and I called up on March 11th, he said in a day or two. And when we asked any chance of today. He said Absolutely No chance today. And then it came in the evening.
I also spoke to an assistant at upsc (whom I know otherwise) and he said it is likely to come day after. Unless upsc's confidential cell is highly confidential, I don't see it coming today. My bet is for tomorrow.
