If it's Friday, the 13th, it will be Friday, the 13th for everybody, including the topper Anyway, the reason (not mine) given was - last date of interview + 1 week + ensure that result is on closing day of the week

Expected scores: GS1 90 GS2 127 GS3 124 GS4 100 PA 250 Essay 150( a wonderful write up- much better than my previous essays which fetched me 55-60%) Interview 180-190 (A.P.Singh Sir)
