@Ging7 Regarding medical tests will it be over by 3:30 as my train is on 5:10
Mine got over at 4. If the number of people is close to 30 that day, it can extend further too. 5:10 is very risky... especially if you get one of the medical centers which have a reputation for delaying.
My father is apprehensive that I've posted my interview transcript here. And even one of the candidates has said that UPSC people are aware of this thread. Our transcripts reveal who are we. Is there anything to be worried about?
Nope, people have been doing it for years. Besides, the marks once given after the interview stay given. By the time you share your transcript, your marks will have been uploaded to the system and your fate sealed. Besides, I don't think the board has too much time to worry about these transcripts- they have more than enough on their plate!
@Ging7 and others who have had their interview : whats the prevalent dress code for guys there? Suit is I think out of question, but are people wearing tie? I plan to go without tie.
I went in suit this time also , i got above 200 marks for interview in forest service exam where i went in suit. Is it a big issue ?

All questions were very factual.
I was not asked any analytic question. I was also asked if I took coaching and where and how much did it charge.
Most of the questions were unrelated. The questions were of "what" type rather than "why" type. 60-70% times I said Sorry Sir I don't know.
