What is the most convincing explanation for the existence of human rights commissions in India ?
Context : Constitution provides rights which can be enforced by existing courts while on the other side the recommendations of these HR commissions are not binding on govts or courts.
hello everyone, I have recently faced an issue regarding mock test. so far I have given 5 full length mock test (vision+insights) and in each test my marks are improving by 15-20 marks. Last week I have given vision abayas test 1 in offline mode and I scored miserably bad lower than my previous test. Can any one suggest me what to do? Thanks in advance
@Yo_Yo_Choti_Singh sir I would like to ask if NCERT is of any help, because when ever I read any history or geography NCERT I found it so lacking in complete knowledge about any topic, I found cost benefit of NCERT not that grt though everyone suggested but I'm pretty not liking those, what does a ncert economy has that a Sriram note doesn't.. UPSC might only pic few MCQ from NCERT it's all a fad to tell NCERT is best source.

Like june19 to nov 19-GS(mains+pre),dec19 to march 20-optional,april&may-GS(pre). @Neyawn recent article helped a lot but needed more advice. 2)How can one use topper's answer copies to one's own benefit?because every other topper must be having his own style of writing and by reading many answer copies one may get confused and mislead. @Arsenal752 once mentioned he used to analyse answer copies before his 1st attempt. 3)best time and way to start answer writing? @Chaas and others please help out.
