I have given some flimsy reason at my bank branch (probation period..just joined 3 months ago) for not coming to work for the past 3 days. I am expected to join on monday, but want to prepare for the next 2 months...what reason should I give them? Btw i have applied for noc for the mains exam. Plz help as it is affecting my mental peace. @dpagarwal

Boss...as far as my experience goes convince your boss about how important civil service is for you. Don't complicate the things and keep it simple.
Any fake setup created by you bound to create issues in future which may affect your concentration.
Bhai lekin back pain se 2 mnth tak kaam chal jaega?
Haan yar psu ka to ye readymade bahana hai log yhi kartay hai baki jaundice tb to pakad me aa jata hai
Bhai wahi problem hai ki join nahi kiye hai, agar already join kiye rehte to sayad scene alag hota , ye log thik exam ke pehle joining de rahe.
Bhai ye extension ka soch rahe ho ye Training se pehle hi ki training khtm karne ke baad ? I think training to compulsory hi hogi...
P.s - Meri 20th aug joining he...
Bhai join karte hi 2 month training hai. Extension abhi se hi leni hai join karne se pehle. Mine is almost around 6/13 aug..one of these dates.
Then whom to approach ? I mean which HR department ?
Bhai i can tell you about corporation bank where i work. For extension application has to be submitted to Head office mangalore. Though i did not applied for it but many oeople in my batch did. One girl joined after 6 months faking her notice period at lrevious employer and then her typhoid. Just forwarded her medical.
Training was given to me after 1 yr 2 months for just 5 days. My joining was direct in branch where i was made to sit at the counter from day 1. Taking leaves is very difficult. One two days is fine. But in bulk will raise eyebrows. Once i took leave of 1 months. And then another 1 month after few months. And my APAR was fucked up on the orders of zonal head. Union bhi madad nahi karti. I made a mistake of telling them that i have my state ocs mains before applyoling for leave of 1 month. Not only my leave was cancelled but it alerted the whole zonal office that this chap can leave bank anytime. I had to go on loss of pay despite having leave PL. On the other hand people who fake things are happy. My experience is never disclose you ambition for civil services . Rarely you will get someone to support you .
Whereas my friend who got some allied service in uppcs 2015 and posted in lucknow got 2 months leave from department though he applied for 1 month. He flunked that year but in this attempt his boss give him minimal work and ask him to use office library during office hours for studies whenever he gets time. He will be going on leavw again after 15 august this time.
