@kabira I have read the arihant book for gs 4 written by atul garg, though I have old edition (2014), and I prefer that over lexicon and other books. Will reading his notes or attending his classes add further value ?
See, the point I am trying to make in this post as well as at few other places is that in ethics you need to think deeply on each topic in the paper to develop your own views and understanding. For many of us, this is not possible due to habitual spoon-feeding. So what I am suggesting aspirants is that attend a class for ethics somewhere and not necessarily Atul sir. It gives you an opportunity to give a thought to particular topic at least when it is being taught. Make sense?
