for instance, she started saying on forum " i belong to such family where girls are not even allowed to born " etc etc ...wahi ghisa pita struggle and success story..the rags to riches one which every successful person tends to claim in public as if rest of the population does nt face any strugggle
unfortunately she did not make it to the list
Yar aisa nahi hain.Mahilwao ki choti moti upladhiyo ko v humare desh m bada chada ke bataya jata.As if they are not supposed to do anything. Like when my neighbours son qualified for bank po,his parents were not very happy but when daughter got some placements they thrown party Nari shakti award,all women railway stations.i mean y the hell is this .a working woman or a woman achiever is not doing any favour to society she has simply learned to prioritise herself and has understood her responsobilty towards familys economy.
Now this mindset is being imprinted in woman who strives for success so she begins such jargon.

Jo IRS IRPS etc jaise service me select hote hai with rank in late 200s 300s 400s 500s etc wo forum pe khul ke bat karte hain
par jo early 200s 100s ya within 100 rank le aate hain..matlab IAS IPS post mil jata hai..wo forum pe baat cheet kam karte hain..wo bhi reserved type
kuchh marks ka difference and hence of rank insaan me kitna ghamand bhar deta hai...
ek nandini hai forum pe..mujhe to uske nature pe suru se hi shaq tha ki ye fake hai..jab se select huyi hai..forum pe comment karna chhod diya hai usne
ghamand se upar uthna insaan k liye behad mushkil hai...wo to bas wait karta hai ki kab ghamand karne ka mauka mile...aur fir kahenge ' i want to serve the society "
It's not like that , Sachin is a good friend of mine , and he is very helpful atleast till now he is fine , of course he gets so many requests so it's tough to answer all of them ,
Waise IRS bhi kaffi he under 200 and early 200 me he and they are also very helpful, so I guess it's more about the person than about the ranks etc. , Atleast that's what I believe
Also another factor may be is that someone who is working as an ips or ias will get less time to interact comapred to someone with IRS or say iaas, but again that's when one entres the service

main to selection k just baad ki baat kar raha..even before training starts....of course exceptions do exist..and dats v nice of them..but m speaking of d majority of such people
What about ifs? I want to work and travel in different countries and make some money(not much, though) for my family needs. After retirement, I would like to settle in foreign. Is ifs the right job for it?
Moreover, My objective of preparing for UPSC is not any public service or make india great again. It's just pure self-interest and desire to have a good standard of living. Should I fill ifs the top priority in daf?
Ifs is a great service for me it's above ias , as it has certain things which can never be provided to me by ias , yes ifs is the right service for ur own interests , and trust me after interacting with many fellow selected candidates I have realized very few come for public service they are here for that other thing, like someone has said about ias , this is the mindset of most , or else public service u can do in other services as well , infact u don't need a service for public service, every service has something different offer unfortunately we generally ignore the work aspect of the service and go for what's outside
You are in a good path , atleast u have clarity on what you want and what you don't want
India needs more IRS officers like you. Kindly don't appear for upsc again. This is a personal request. Say no to IFS.

No man I am not appearing any more as I said in a post , I am pretty sure I will not last here for more than 10-15 years , so why to fight again in this rat race, I will be able to achieve what I wanted to achieve even through irs , I have lost the enthusiasm for any particular service as I had realised that its just a means and it can never be the end , I need to upgrade myself and learn all the time and can never be stagnant, and for that it's just a means

-being an IAS you will only report to IAS exclusively , all other services including IPS will bow down before you/your batchmates, if you choose/get other service you will have to serve an IAS officer -ips is on duty 24x7 (even when gone to senior level post ) IAS dont -political master knows only IAS -IAS lobby is the strongest and most powerfull collectivelly in india, you will feel proud to be part of it -all department including police,revenue are dominated by an IAS officer as its boss -not saying that IPS or any other service is good or bad , it depends on your intrest ; but IAS is hands down the best service in India be it in any form or view you take it . so if you have a chance choose IAS or else you may regret later.. do considerable amount of research ask serving officer if you must (there are people who choose others and now regret) -to begin with UPSC notification do offer clue about IAS when it says it is above all (it does mean that) -do not question the numero uno status of IAS from filing the UPSC form (or if not filling) till your death (or after) it was/is/and will remain no 1 service in govt job
Please tell me, why are IAS officers killed .. like DK Ravi, Ashish Tiwari etc .. supposedly by mafia-politico nexus .. and nothing was done about it. Sincere question .. not meant to offend.
But such questions make me doubt 'power' of IAS .. recently there was news .. some IPS was named in suicide note by an IAS officer of constant harassment which led entire family is the IAS officer, wife, 2 children to commit suicide ..
Again, this is a sincere question? Are IAS officers really powerful .. I'm inclined to think IPS officers are more powerful, in line with that said by @BijuDada
