Money bill A might b ans...coz dey hv used word nly in option A...any matter incidental to it can b considered bt it depends on speaker....for appropriation dey hv nt used appropriation act..nly told appropriation...meaning of word appropriation s officially allocating...through an appropriation act of consolidated fund dey allocate certain specific amt into contingency fund....might b A correct myself hv marked appropriation...upsc ans is final...
Intake s nt dependent on chairman, it is based on reservation criteria, dey keep increasing intake until all de prescribed quote of reservation r fullfilled...intake s nt dependent on number of seats it depends on de score of candidates...
So exact intake n cutoff can't b predicted...
Cutoff might b in range of 89 to 92..as number of candidate appeared were around 2.85 lakh change, around 45 k candidate were absent for paper 2. ..n 40plus candidate r failed in paper 2...hence competition is among 1.90 to 2 lakh ppl...so cutoff won't shoot much...anyone getting 88 plus in general shd prepare...

No prob scan machine consider nly fully encircled one nt partially...scan machine won't consider partially encircled....in omr sheet dey notified in instruction partially encircled I'll nt b considered....A I'll b counted nt D...don't worry...

Bhai tumhari cutoff range se baahar hai original cutoff, itna toh pakka hai.My bet is on 95.

Usme economics ke it random question aate hai, phir bhi log 65+ score karte hai. Toh ye sochna ki paper tough hoga toh cut off drastically decrease ho jayega bewakoofi hai.
