They never clear prelims because they are not honest with themselves and inflate their score for a feel good factor but the truth is they will blame UPSC after results
And so called " never clearing prelims" candidates perform very well every year

may be.............i cannot rule out this possibility.........but whenever i ask them marks.........97-98 95 96...........sabka pre tu na ho sakta
