GACSA - IRNSS - English Education- Aadhar Api - Santhal-
these five questions are the game changer ..... kindly have a debate
Regarding GACSA- It's 2 and 3 only.
Reason - some Indian institutions are involved. Exclusion of these institutions and terming India not instrumental would be entirely wrong interpretation. State definition has widened in INDIA in contemporary jurisprudence. We take pride even in those Indian Ppl doing something globally even these Ppl left India log years ago.. And Remember ,in LHC experiment too our some scientists and one or two scientists are involved. Also institutions which Ppl have identified are substantially financed by GOI. And India instrumental means if any of Indian institutions which falls under state definition under article 13,then that state becomes instrumentality of state. That's enough to make India instrumental.
Thereby Indian involvement is there. Be sure it's 2 and 3.
IRNSS-It should be 7 only. Since inception I have heard 7 only.. UPSC will go with general information available since beginning of Programme.
AADHAR- I dint attempt. So not following any discussion on this question. So I am sorry can't say anything on this.
Santhal-yes.. All coaching have given C. But as I researched I found following- There were two phases of Santhal rebellion.. First 1855 second 1885 Kherwar rebellion.. Illegal wala part came after 80s.
Now some Ppl saying dey didn't ask aftermath .. Just think.. If they ask. What administartative changes brought after 1857 rebellion.. Say one option is administrative changes by 1858 act.. Second option is India independence Act..
Similiar is the position of Santhal q.. Second statement is correct in itself... But not fulfilling demand of q. So for this A must be correct... Regarding English education
All correct.as each event mentioned in question worked as catalyst or gave a impetus in one or other way..
understand question first. Its asking which process.. there are three process- knowlege by education, health, skill development. Intangible wealth is property of human capital its not process by which its created. Intangible is post event phenomean. I hope u got the point. This question is not debatable. Ans is only 2. However those citing 2&4 as and they cud not understand question and mixed process and property. If it asked " which are process and property of human capital than ans cud beboth. Ncert is saying rt thing.. suppose human capital has not been created by any process than how it cud be wealth so called intangible.. @truthteller@tss@mission-2016
bhai mere jab non debatable hai acc to u..to itna kyu mehnat kar rahe ho yaha argument deke itna bada...assume kar lo ki tumhara sahi hai aur khush raho...
Bhai frustrate hone ki jagaha kuch apna view hi rakh detey agar kuch hota isse counter karne ke liye.. but u have no point here.. thats why u taxted like this
haan tum sahi keh rahe ho..main frustrated hoon...agree..frustarted aadmi kya view rakhega..view to tum rakh rahe ho kyunki tum assured ho ki 2 only hi ans hai..pata nahi ye kaisi surity hai jaha debate karna pad raha hai aur doosro se approval lena pad raha hai...surity redefined...
@truthteller u know even I did not know what u marked in this question but I taged here becoz I cosidered you serious and sincier aspirant..Sorry bro for my misunderstanding..I had no offensive intention..
to bhai jab kisi se view lena ho kisi cheez pe to ye to nahi keh sakte na ki ye " non-debatable " hai....mera point to yahi tha jab pehle se hi assume kar liye ki non-debatable hai to uspe argument hi kya karna..
human capital ya kisi bhi qsn k sahi ans pe pahuchne k liye " self bias" ko chhodna hoga..neutral hoke dscss karne pe hi sach ka pata lagta hai
human capital ek broad term hai...education skills etc to obviously human capital me include hote hain
par inke alawa bhi bahut kuchh hai jaise soft skills art music etc ye bhi human capital hi hain.
aur ye sab intangible wealth hai..matlab agar mere paas land nahi..koi properrty nahi..paise nahi..par agar main educated hoon..agar mere paas koi skill hai..to iska matlab ye to nahi mere paas wealth nahi hai..wealth hai par intangible
ab since i have intangible wealth such as education, skill, art, music, etc matlab is desh k human capital me main contribute kar raha hoon
@tss@truthteller.. I have read the question again. Actualy by this logic I attempted in exam hall and never looked this question after exam. I thouhgt its talking about process but thats not the case. My explanation was right here but its me who did not read question properly.. now I hope this question sud not be debatable with clear ans 2&4..thanks
This is a watershed event in history of debating answers.. but what if you always knew it was 2&4 and 2 only bolna tumhari sazish thi

Order of piks changed.. While uploading sorry for that..
I marked - GACSA wrongly.. I marked ALL 3..the blunder I did by including it in Paris.. I am still laughing y and how.. Mane aisa kiya
Gacsa marked india is instrumental.and santhal a. Considering both wrong.. Don't know really .. Irnss only 7 satellites.. No doubt about it.. Rest I don't have any stake..
in the front page it is written: The space segment consists of the IRNSS constellation of eight satellites, NavIC. Three satellites are located in suitable orbital slots in the geostationary orbit and the remaining four are located in geosynchronous orbits with the required inclination and equatorial crossings in two different planes. All the satellites of the constellation are configured identically. The satellites are configured with I-1K Bus to be compatible for launch on-board PSLV.i doubt the first line..3 and remainng 4=7
bhai please read this The IRNSS-1I is overall eighth satellite to join ISRO’s NavIC navigation satellite constellation. It replaced IRNSS-1A, the first of seven navigation ... only 7 satellite..last one was only replacement of the first
........
Ek baat btao.. ye 8 satellites Hain ye baat pehle se pata tha ya exam k bd pta Chala..? Option 1 m confusion ho gya ki kitne Geostationary h aur kitne geosynchronous isliye none lga kr Aaye ya pehle se h pta tha ki total 8 satellites Hain?
I read as total 8 satellite before exam but had no idea ki kitne kis orbit me h but direct 8 ki vakaha se eliminate kar diya ta
