  • For current, I am doing vision monthly. What about insights secure .Is it good?
No doubt it's good but insight secure monthly has 150 questions that means 150 ×6=900 questions. Being rather pragmatic I chose Forumias mains monthly compilation which include about 80 questions i.e. in total about 500 questions. Though Forumias compilation lack GS-4 part, which can be covered through test papers. After writing answers and reading solutions I found its not at par insights bt could be helpful. It's my perspective.
  • I was wondering if few enlightened souls on Forum could chalk out guidelines for self evaluation of answers.

Last time I did forum mains marathon, it was quite helpful, questions are of way to better quality than insights, answers which they provide is also simple comprehension and easily reproducible, I made note out of them..

  • @Neyawn ...please check your inbox
    I did Sir.

The thing is , when we make a decision
    1) we have to stick to it
    2) tweak it based on performance
    3) make it work

We can’t change decisions based on the difficulty ORN of it’s implementation .

You can’t listen to your mind which will
Invariably try to conserve energy and tell you the easiest thing to do.

I literally begged everyone, especially those who have a thing for dropping out midway out of everything they plan to do , showing weak resolve , to not drop out and merely persevere .

Also, one day you will have to take a call. You do it your way or you listen to someone. If you have some spent three years doing it your way , and it has produced zero result, you can trust someone whose interest lies in your interest and you better listen to that one person, article, or idea.

You can’t choose to follow something/ someone and switch back to old ways once you think it’s working or not.

We have to be wary that a lot of people sabotage their own success . It’s forgiven when you are a kid.

But as you grow up, life will
Penalise you for mistakes that you make. I mean I get penalised all the time , so this is what I know.

The thing with Prelims is that when we don’t clear it, it becomes more difficult to clear it later because it shatters ones confidence and you are different person altogether.

    Plus we end up
Not studying for an entire year.

Failure ends up making us, usually less risk taking, weak hearted and stops us from investing emotionally, financially - in terms of money, energy, and time into anything we do. We later end up becoming persons who merely want to
Minimise our losses, not maximise our gains.

I do not exactly know what to say as of now. But whatever you do, make a plan and believe it’s impossoble to fail, and it will work.

And don’t drop out of things midway . Things are not perfect and they never will
Be. You won’t get things offered on a platter. You will have to make plans work for you.
    Thank you sir @Neyawn
