No. This is just to provide a discipline in the preparation and adequate answer writing practice, and a good peer group. Nothing more.

Arre upr ek ladka bechara keh rha hai ki last time b mains likha hai but finacially weak hai , kehta agr nikal jaye to baad me fees de dega (frnds and family loan i suppose) so i think @ForumIAS ko dekhna chahiye ki koi aisa system ho ki say 10% seats greeb k liyee rkhe jo meritious hai ( can call it coporate social responsibilty or anything)

Getting 124 from Shankar but kuch samajh nahi aa Raha ..post final result still in a bit of trance pre b aise hi aadha adhura padke diya tha... lacking that motivation n energy. Khud se padhai karu or shud I borrow say 50k for test series. Ab toh sab gamble hi lagta h.

Bhai its your own choise but borrow krne ka apna pressure hai
Wht not write answers yourself and get checked from some local teacher/peer group
( i am trying a way to get my answers checked by loacal teacher , 2 times interview out upsc, will pay like 100-200 per copy , if it works out)
