Din raat jee tod padhai ke saath saath Maa Baap aur Purvajon ( Fore Fathers) ka aashirwaad bhi bahut zyada zaroori hai aisi Khatarnaak competition mein Prelims ko clear karne ke liye.
Isliye, kabhi bhul se bhi galti karke bhi, Apne Maa Baap aur Apne Purvajon ka Apmaan NAA kare koi bhi.
Maa Baap aur Apne Fore Fathers ke prati Respect toh khair Zindagi bhar humesha har situation mein hona hi chahiye.. Par ye UPSC jaisi exams mein uska importance bahut badh jata hai
How many mocks should be optimum, would solving vision be enough considering that I have revised basic books enough number of times @sagar.iitkgp
and how to increase score over and above 120 as this year cutoff would be high want to clear by safe margin
As many as possible don't follow ppl like us who have seen 2-3 exam cycles For 1st timers the story will be different
No . solving vision alone will not be sufficient . You should solve 2.5 mocks. i.e full 50 tests of 2 different institutes and 10-15 mocks of a third institute. Stakes are very high this year and apart from studying you have to develop mcq skills which only comes from practise .
Yes My firend followed 5 test series last year and got 165 as per shankar key.....
I think apart from revisions of basic sources most important thing is mcq solving skills which will develop only with extensive test series solving. It is a mcq solving skills only which will help you get through the prelims because in actual exam no one knows answers surely for not more than 50 questions. So you have to take the risk of solving more than 20 questions further in which you will be having less information or 50:50 confused, in this situation only your mcq solving skills will sail your boat.
totally agree . doesn't matter how much one has studied one can only be sure of 50-55 questions in exams. rest are educated guess and exclusion of options. It can be developed only by solving more and more questions . And with reduced no of seats this year , any one with average accuracy , if attempts less than 85 is already out of race . Doin 90+ questions demands lots of mcq practise along with intensive revision .
Yea you are right this time around 90-95 questions is absolutely necessary.

mock should be started from november december itself . Intensity should be increased by march . Its not as huge as it sound . Many serious aspirants give mocks of 2 institute . All my friends ,including me , took all tests of vision and insight and few mocks of forum and gscore We all scored above 130 last year and cleared forest cutoff as well. Ideally in april may , one should give 3 test in a week to score good in prelims.

yups .our fate hangs in 100 questions only and to be victorious in bloodbath at least 2 institute mocks is imperative.
ye thread padh k ab garib log.. 2 4 mocks solve karna suru kar denge... without understing preparation level of those who are solving more than 1 mock series heuheuheu
