what is the type of unemployment due to low skill ?
Structural happens when the economy transititions from one type to another. Eg from agricultural to industrial. It may happen due to technology change. Skills are not upgraded with the same pace as economic change.
thank u ...but why i asked this is india is facing the unskilled labor problem so i thought is this structural unemployment or anything ...but looking from book's definition i am getting feeling that it is not structural unemployment.
in case of money bills, does it say anywhere that president has to assent with a time limit? I am trying to find if President can put pocket veto on money bills.
No kind of veto for money bill. He has to assent and will assent. There is no time limit. But this delay cannot be equated to pocket veto. Nature of pocket veto is different n applicable only for ordinary Bill. A mere delay cannot qualify for veto

But, if president vetoes, it's going against hill will. So , though constitution has not mentioned, it should be understood that money bill cannot be vetoed. Vetoing money bill is not grey area. It's implicit.

This is one of the most confused area in Polity... and of late many claim of what is not even evr said in law book itself.... Even i get confused but thats it....
What is the difference between a mutual fund and a collective investment scheme (CIS) in India?
In MF all investors put in their money for a common goal according to risk profile e.g. Equity, debt or mixed,it is regulated by SEBI. It is highly organised also.
Whereas In CIS regulations are weak and there is no common goal as per the risk profile, investments done are opaque.
