Sample sahi ho to small sample se bhi idea lag jata hai,but the sample of aspirants voting yahan bahut distorted hai(as evident from marks distribution),wo sahi sample tab hi banega ab jab kaafi log vote karein.more no of responses needed to reduce the distortion.

nahi,fail nahi huya,i hve given range of 123+-1,main is graph ki baat kar raha tha,par wo aur distorted ho gaya pehle se.

because less than 115 and more than 127 are larger intervals where as other are just 2 mark intervals, kamal karte ho yaar, obviously there will be more people <115 and >127
