  • Last Year 141.34 Gave Interview
    ST category
This year made lot of silly mistake scoring 95-100.could have easily crossed 110,if not for those mistake.Still Hopeful. This was my 2nd attempt

    My Take on cut off.
    Factors
    1.Less seats
    2.More Number of Applicant
    3.Material available readily
    4.Next generation better than previous
5.most people taking risks due to high cut off last year ending up attempting 85+,Benefitting some ..taking cut off on higher side due to sheer luck
6.Tougher paper,Elimination doesn't worked like it did last year.I had done 10-15 question on basis of elimination last year.this year Ended in Negative

Finally my say,it doesn't matter much,as me too on boundary line this year
    General 110
    Obc 104
    sc 98
    st 94

    +/-2
  • Last year my score was 128 but could not clear Mains due to optional.

This year I have scored in range of 100-105. Thoroughly disappointed with my performance as I blew some sitters away.

I have an inkling that the cutoff for ST Category will hover around early 90's or may even less. I have been giving this exam for a while now and I know one thing for sure that the difference between General and ST is around 15-20 marks on an average for Prelims

Any ST candidate scoring more than 90 should start studying at the earliest. Coz' even within ST category the competition is cut throat these days.
