Kya din aagaye cs aspirants don't even know what's a constitutional right
Except fundamental rights there are no other rights which are constitutional.
Why are they consitutional, because the enforcement mechanism is clearly mentioned the Constitution.
Rights derive origin from the source of enforcement.
Anything mentioned in Constitution does not become a constitutional right unless it's enforcement is explicitly mentioned in the Constitution.
The provisions of Constitution have to be always enforced through statutes (except FR). All such provisions are legal rights.

What exactly is cabinet in parliamentary form of govt?
It's a body of executives responsible to the legislature (indirectly to the people).
There are many names for the cabinet throughout the world.
In India, the word cabinet is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution. Instead the word council of ministers is used. In Indian polity, the word cabinet is referred to a body of senior ministers informally through convention.
However, when you consider the concepts of polity, cabinet is nothing but an executive body responsible to legislature in a Parliamentary govt.
The question asked in prelims was from political science point of view and not on the Indian polity.
Speeding up decisions may or may not be one of the functions of cabinet, but the sole aim, objective and resolve of cabinet is to be responsible to the people directly or indirectly.
PS, Presidential govt cabinet is advisory nature and doesn't have to be responsible to anyone. The option in prelims specifically mentioned Parliamentary form of govt.

Bhaisaab maine is baat pe to bahas hi nai kar ra ki vo LR hai ya CR , einstien sir ne bola ki "kya din aa gaye" to maine socha kia kya din to fir judges ki bhi aaye hain, ab vo chahe bench vaale ho ya stool vaale judgement me to unhone ye bola hi hai ki CR hai

sahi baat hai. kuch logo k logic se to dpsp bhi consti right ho jayega. as its mentioned in consti.
wahh Eienstin ...fully agree with you. even I was wondering ki...consitutional right hota kya hai? lekin jab internet search kiya to pta chala ki ...jiska enforcement mechanism constitution me ho whi hai constitutional I case of India ...fundamental rights = constitutional right (article 32 me remedie mentioned hain)
Is logic se to saare legal rights bhi constitutional rights h.. Article 226 bhul gye kya Mtlb kuch bhi
The discretion in the case of writ petition jurisdiction of HC is at the mercy of the judge and not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution. They are neither consitutional nor legal rights, they are mere enforcements by the honorable court of law.
