Kya din aagaye cs aspirants don't even know what's a constitutional right
Except fundamental rights there are no other rights which are constitutional.
Why are they consitutional, because the enforcement mechanism is clearly mentioned the Constitution.
Rights derive origin from the source of enforcement.
Anything mentioned in Constitution does not become a constitutional right unless it's enforcement is explicitly mentioned in the Constitution.
The provisions of Constitution have to be always enforced through statutes (except FR). All such provisions are legal rights.

wahh Eienstin ...fully agree with you. even I was wondering ki...consitutional right hota kya hai? lekin jab internet search kiya to pta chala ki ...jiska enforcement mechanism constitution me ho whi hai constitutional I case of India ...fundamental rights = constitutional right (article 32 me remedie mentioned hain)
