I am amazed the way people are reacting to prove their point. I mean NCERT bol rahi Constitutional, supreme court bol rahi Constitutional, state commission bol rahi Constitutional Lekin nahi yeh legal hai! Kyun ? Shankar bol raha, vaji bol raha isliye! NCERT says evidence has been found at Harappa lekin nahi wo galat hai. It's disputed. arrey bhaiya disputed tabhi na hoga jab "no evidence" nahi hoga!! This can go till the results but seriously man the logics can make one numb at times!!
even i marked constitutional bhai but most likely 99.99℅its legal
hahahaha as if it depends on your or my answer just leave it and in that case leave NCERT too from next year. koi bandhu puchhe to Vaji aur Shankar ka material suggest karna. NCERT nahi. NCERT knows nothing man!
Actually jab in coachings ko hi bhagwan manna h to why do they say read NCERT....UPSC will go with NCERT ...and justice will be served

PRS and UPSC bhi constitutional bol rhi h
bhai ek source dedo jisme upsc constitutional keh rahe hai...
plz dont quote SCRA exam, its false
False kya h.. the statement says right to vote comes under art 326 Statement false isliye h kyuki usne uske bd usko fundamental rights bola h.. aur UPSC statement galat bnane k liye ek h sentence m 2 galat points nhi dictate krti.. check any UPSC questions.. Jo v statement wrong hote h wo bs ek point p hote h.. Baki Bhai jisko maanna h maane aur na maanna h Na maane.. I am not imposing this on anyone
upsc ek question mein 2 galat nahi dalti? bhai arguement mein thoda toh dum ho..
maine constitutional hi likha hai,par jaanta hun ki galat hai...
Achha Bhai chalo ye ma'am liya But ek baat btao.. av article 326 ko chhod do But kya article 243 right to vote nhi deta?
finally right to vote is settled its a legal right news from September 2016
seriously dude! It's done and dusted! Yippee btw I have read about the writer Ritika Chopra. She was the one under whom prof. Upendra Bakshi did internship and was among the judges in the dissenting judgement of Rajbala and other cases. Thanks dude
not to mention she is the indian nomination for ICJ
We read things but we do not understand them. Even if we would have given our representation UPSC would have taken a independent and rational decision. Last year when obc were mobilizing we had the same hopes.
As of now people dont hate reservation they want it to change. Continue this for a longer time and the discontent will only grow stronger until it converts into hate. With the reducing opportunity for a normal candidate I dont find that time too far.
If people here cant have appetite for a little change what chance does India have with all its myriad pressures.
I am disappointed more than anything with this action.

One more thing.. Jo candidates hote h general election m.. unke oaths tk mention h constitution m.. but I know anyone will say that this has nothing to do with right to vote and get elected as constitutional right.. but my point is JB unke oath the mention h.. then is it possible that constitutional makers will leave this thing to be called merely as legal right. I also know that at times SC and other bodies have called this as legal right. May be they are absolutely right. But this right comes from both.. Constitution and statuary laws... And it can be called as both legal and constitutional right.. and in case you have to choose what will you choose and why? I will choose constitutional because Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
And yaar mere paas isse jyada explaination nhi h... Ho skta h ki m galat Hun.. but I think constitutional right is correct because of above said reasons.
