Waise @fakeid ne cabinet wale answer se to saari doubt hi eliminate kar di, kya lagta hai aapko @focus bhai, answer C hi hona chahiye, mera neutral view hai yeh, as I have no stake in this question
hahahaha tyrion baba tumse yeh ummid na thi. Google kar koi bhi cabinet is parliamentary ya collective responsibility match kar sakta. rather you don't really have to take this much pain. har book mein bhi yahi milega but bhai collective responsibility is to the house i.e, they swim and sink together. The house can bring the collapse of the whole by passing NCM against the COM and everyone has to resign irrespective of their involvement. There is nothing called collective responsibility to PEOPLE and that was the catch. you tell me any Process through which People can enforce it ? moreover this collective responsibility to PEOPLE is absurd. We as a voter don't act in consortium. We vote for different parties and an MP or MLA is responsible only to their local area. Can you hold Modi responsible for Amethi of Gandhi ? or Sushma Swaraj for Varanasi ? see we are preparing for civil services and we are not supposed to act like an idiot who see the answers of the compression by matching words! Now I understand why CSAT was opposed so ruthlessly by people! Baaki likh lo answer B hi hoga aur Polity is baar sabki band bajayega! I know you have a good memory. You can take the screenshot too if you wish so
they say loksabha ensure collective responsibility 2 people indirectly.. as the members r direct representative of people... whts ur take on it??

then accept their point. take it as wrong but ask them to write house of people and people interchangeably on their own logic! if they agree, i quit !
I am amazed the way people are reacting to prove their point. I mean NCERT bol rahi Constitutional, supreme court bol rahi Constitutional, state commission bol rahi Constitutional Lekin nahi yeh legal hai! Kyun ? Shankar bol raha, vaji bol raha isliye! NCERT says evidence has been found at Harappa lekin nahi wo galat hai. It's disputed. arrey bhaiya disputed tabhi na hoga jab "no evidence" nahi hoga!! This can go till the results but seriously man the logics can make one numb at times!!
even i marked constitutional bhai but most likely 99.99℅its legal

For all those of you who don't know let me tell u-
Upsc changed the intake of obc candidates from the year 2016 after few people ( most likely India bhai) filed a petition asking them to include obc candidates scoring more than general cutoff in general seat. It meant that last year if a OBC got 120 then he took a general seat in prelims and left open the obc seat for someone else to sit in. Meaning - less seats for GENERAL.
This is clearly a grave injustice to the General candidates.
UPSC knew this was wrong and they changed it somewhere in 2013-14 & As a result the OBC and general cutoff became close to each other then.
But now in 2016 some greedy people forced Upsc to undo it and continue the old system. As a result in 2016 we witnessed large gap between general and OBC cutoff with General cutoff shooting to 116.66 and many sincere general candidates losing out in the prelims stage. And this will continue this year too if unchecked.
This 104-107 cutoff by Shankar is a myth as long as the flawed system is in place.
Correct me if I am wrong anywhere.
while representing it to upsc make sure u don oppose reservation as such ... just show the flaw in in the implementation
and one morething --- specifically those who apply in obc should be considered only in obc..... because once they get selected in general... they will again use obc quota in cadre..... agar reservation ka benefit chahiye toh u hv to be considered in obc list itself....... it is this point which needs to be highlighted
i have marked all for SFB and butterfly, 1 only for Tax GDP and D for RPL but I know them being right have distant possibility irrespective of what the keys may say! Though I know one never knows
