bubble is already bursting in high educaton sector,demonetisation gave a boost to the burst. but india is a young nation and students will alwez look for quality education,bubble will never burst for those providing good qality atleast for next 15 years.
i have no idea about agro processing,but have plenty of arable farm lnd,so if there is any good idea,we can easily get good supply of raw materials.

yes,there r plenty,meritnation is the one making headllines,i am planning something on similar lines with focus on extra curricular also which can give a child an all round development. alibaba thing haad come to my mind,but after researching it seemed its overcrowded already,infact tv channels like naaptol do the same.
few other things which cropped up-cheap cement ,affordale n sustainable housing for middle class , tiles manufacturing etc .
I work in construction. Forget cheap cement/readymix,tiles/building materials, unless you want to act as a middleman, even setting up the infrastructure is back breaking.
Have you considered the services industry? urbanclap or whatever won't percolate to the smaller cities/towns. Folks will always use the plumbers/elcetricians/mechanics they have known for a while even if they fleece.

in sustainable housing u dont need money,money belongs to those who have to get their houses made,we just have to design their houses in affordable manner .there is pg course for it,but it can be learnt by lil bit training also.tiles making doesnt need much money on small scale,one can start with cement tiles manufacturing also.
