Agriculture has a good scope ~ in terms of organic farming, polyhouse farming, organic manure, vermicompost, setting up compost plant , etc
Animal husbandry - cow dung manure, cow urine plants, A2 milk and dairy products is being sold at premium price ( search vyaan organics) etc. ~ These products are in good demand in Tier 1 cities.
I have such plans but not before 2018.
Google - Jain Irrigation Farms (Jalgaon) They are pioneer in this.
We need to learn from few best working models in agriculture, before moving forward.
++ Subsidy on input cost, low interest loans, etc, you can also act as consultant as business progresses.
-- Initial input cost is high and initial output is also not that great, rural connection.
thanks for sharing your ideas.will look for information on these from google.
Some ideas could be.. Online Service providers of Plumbers Electricians technicians.. I dont know if it exists.. Have not been so much into it. A courier company which sends specialised GI tag products across Indian..awareness and market of which is strengthing.. Simple trading.. My father is in Wheat Business... And the flour mills use Mill Quality Wheat..of Rs 15/Kg+1.5 flooring and labour+0.5 package+1 Advertisement+2Transport.. But people buy it at 35/kg.. as the brand is for Special MP Sarbati wheat. which is never the case.. So if you can provide original product from the heartland to people..Its a win win for all. filter Coffee from chaikmagalur cost 300/half a kg. but nascafe/bru just by a little extra value addition sucks a lot.. coz of monopoly and excessive marketing.. I would say GI tag based... and other handicraft market model platform can be a good business. Locals will get the true benefit if they get a bigger market.
Waise to I am a dedicated aspirant..and I put only 8-9 service option in my daf.. agar nai hua to to koi naukri pe rakh lena mujhe bc
As some very good ideas suggested by members, I too think in India there is a huge potential in Agri related business - specially for smart/educated youngsters.
Someone mentioned about Dairy/Cow dung , I had similar Idea in Mind.
Tier 2- Gobar Gas --> I ve heard Govt provides subsidies upto 8 Cr in a 10 Cr project on Gobar Gas and you can also sell it locally.
Tier 3 - Manure --> Whatever remaining after Gobar Gas production can be used as high Quality Manure. Huge demand in Singapore as well. Terrace Gardens etc.
These 3 Tiers requires firstly a Dairy Farm - Dairy Farm requires Money- For Money --> you can start with Only buying Milk and making paneer for 2-3-4 months, it ll give u exposure of local market. After that within 6 months this Tier Process can be initiated.
Benefits- 1. Food security for the country- Tackle Malnutrition- High protien content. 2. Food processing industry-> value addition -> job creation as well. 3. Healthy vegetables- organic fertilizers --> manure. 4. Political advantage- in today's time of Saving Cow et al you can gain some political mileage by keeping some cows at ur farm.( it is optional ofcourse).

A 3 tier business program.
Tier 1 - Dairy- -> Milk --> Paneer/cheese ( food processing)
Tier 2- Gobar Gas --> I ve heard Govt provides subsidies upto 8 Cr in a 10 Cr project on Gobar Gas and you can also sell it locally.

NanoSilica
In India we dont hav much use for Rice Husk, mostlybit is Burnt on fields on in the Kiln.
But it is a very good source for Silica, that too Nanosilica - SiO2.
Generally, Silica is extracted trough Quartz which is expensive process.
Future is abt Nanotechnology - Nanosilica is naturally present in rice husk.
They way to extract is to burn it, ofcourse buring will again cause pollution but catalytic converter can be used in chimny to minimize it.
Nanosilica has huge application in Medical, Cosmetic as well as automobile ( tyres) and energy storage industry( battery ).
I know it may sound too technical but I think its a good business.
btw u have made some great suggestions,i dont think hamare desh me gobar ki kami hai,we can easilyget in plenty.milk is also not an issue,we can procure it locally.
This present govt wants to promote entrepreneurship...
