Everything else if fine but just trasforming a NO to YES would benefit only LEADERS who are not going to write the attempt by themselves in 2017. Just turning the NO to YES in the month of March is Not going to turn the chances of most of us from past 6 times NOs in CSE in last 6 years to YES in next 3 months. Which most of us know very well.

Bro, please don't be so pessimistic. There are working aspirants who take 1 week leave before prelims, 3 weeks before mains and 2 weeks again for interview and still clear the exam. The dynamic nature of the paper makes it a level playing ground. And people like us who have given multiple attempts hardly have anything left to study in Polity, History, culture, geography and economy. So mainly current affairs we have to focus. So, it's not too late. And we shouldn't complicate the fight by adding to the demands when our situation is already pathetic.
But as we all know for most of us our biggest mistake was we thought that there is nothing left to study in the static subjects and went for the attempt and wasted it instead of doing a Fair judgement of preparation-done-TILL-NOW and Time-LEFT before being hopeful for the attempt's outcome.
from static subjects also everytime 30-40% questions we are attempting wrong because MANY of the questions from Static subjects are ALSO DYNAMIC which require an in-depth STUDY of News-papers of past 1.5 years and in my view after March,2017 we don't have enough time to read the books as well as to cover past 1.5 years at least 2 newspapers if we were fighting on ground since last 1.5 years. NOTE - I'm talking for the condition of THOSE ONLY who are on ground since last 1.5 years AND NOT for those who are sitting in their ACs and Heaters at home and preparing since then and will get attempt in 2017 and WILL CLEAR IT TOO.
For the working aspirants' 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks leaves - in my view, it does not guarantee that they will have the name in Final merit. Final merit is our aim and not getting through mains.
I'm not adding anything to the demand bhai - i'm just saying that ONLY IFFFFFF we have a SAY at some point of time - the above should be our REQUEST.

I would too love an option for 2017 or 2018, but as rightly pointed out, we at best can ask for a considerate view of the govt and can't have the option of 2017 attempt also taken away and be left with nothing.. so at least lets try to make tat a possibility, burn midnight oil and try our best to get into the list.. More so, such decisions in the past of grant of extra attempts have been politically motivated and unlike 2014 impending lok sabha elections and weak position of the congress, the scenario is very different presently with bjp in the scene..and the Baswan committee report in the backdrop..
So though the option of 2017 or 2018 would be the best possible case, but lets not lose out on securing what may be the only option available..
