Bhai maine DSP aur IT inspector me kbhi koi comparison nhi kiya anyways I agree u r right bro. Therez hell lot of difference between an IAS and an IAS aspirant. But what I had learnt so far in XLRI from most fav professor of mine Mr. Jomon is that you cant become something until you actually believe you are one you wish to become. This will help in developing your personality according to that job or goal.
