Did Topic of Minimum support price gs 3 ..found a nice study by niti ayog ...posting the same ..very relevant. .suggestions and conclusion part..posting the link also.. Suggestions.... In order to improve the MSP procurement system and make it more effective, the following recommendations are offered:
if I can intervene with your permission- this is not what SG is asking to do. he is asking to present what you read through 'keywords'. Please do some hard work and write in keywords. Otherwise you will end up wasting your own time and space by this and also you wont be able to revise and retain and therefore, it will be a futile exercise. See below how above can be written using 'keywords':
For improved and an effective MSP. Suggestions: 1. Awareness+Information dissemination at lowest level--> Increase in bargaining powers+empowerment 2. Unavailability of on-spot payment-->negative effect. Hence, prompt payment at remunerative rates+reducing time of it+protection from unfair trading practices needed. Should receive rate on same day-->helps in creating surplus and improving production. 3. Announce before sowing season 4. Improve facilities(Yard Bridges Toilets)+Godowns+transport facility for purchase officersin Mandis 5. Periodic computational and implementation consultation with state govt 6. Exemption in FAQ norms+procurement center to be in village
Next time when you will be revising it, you will be reducing it further and main info will be engraved in your mind. It will save time of revision and create 'quality'
