With due respect , i want to state that the MATHEMATICS PAPAER 2 CSE-2016 was very tough this time because some questions were just out of syllabus:
The questions are as follows:- 1) Ques 3a- 20 MARKS (FIELD EXTENSION IS NOT IN CSE SYLLBUS) 2)Ques 3a-4A-15 MARKS(INFINITE FIELD IS OUT OF SYLLABUS) 3)Ques 5C -10 MARKS(HAMILTONIAN CHARECTARISTICS FUNCTION IS OUT OF CSE SYLLABUS) 4)Ques4C- 15 MARKS(GAUSS QUADRATURE FORMULA IS OUT OF CSE SYLLABUS)
So, 60 marks were just out of syllabus I was unable to even attempt these questions due to having no knowledge as these were out of syllabus questions.
Please consider the matter for the interest of student life and career

1. Fields is a part of syllabus. Hence one can't definitely argue about Infinite Fields, Field Extension being out of syllabus 2. Guass Quadrature is very much a part of syllabus.We generally don't focus on proofs that is our problem 3. Hamiltonian Equation is in syllabus, Not sure what is Hamiltonian Charecteristic Function.
Lets agree We messed up due to our lack of preparation. If one was really prepared he/she did not have to attempt questions which are claimed to be out of syllabus.
Lets learn from this incident and move forward

I think this is the most "rational step need to be taken by the people of our "Maths Fraternity"!!!
@flatoon bro i dont know where u get ur facts from coz gaussian quadrature formula is clearly mentioned in syllabus...i guess similar would be the case with other topics u've mentioned...no hard feelings but plz check basic facts atleast with respect to whats mentioned in syllabus and whats not
