Hi, I called upsc office and exam centre regarding difficult level and questions out of syllabus in this years maths paper. They said that if they recieve complaints about the paper from 15-20 students , they can give grace marks.
I and my freinds have already send them mail Please send mail along with your name and roll no. at the earliest.. For authenticity , please also mention the question numbers that were out of syllabus.

1. Fields is a part of syllabus. Hence one can't definitely argue about Infinite Fields, Field Extension being out of syllabus 2. Guass Quadrature is very much a part of syllabus.We generally don't focus on proofs that is our problem 3. Hamiltonian Equation is in syllabus, Not sure what is Hamiltonian Charecteristic Function.
Lets agree We messed up due to our lack of preparation. If one was really prepared he/she did not have to attempt questions which are claimed to be out of syllabus.

aur unse 1 stage bhi toh nikal pata aur apne baap log se ladne aa jata hai
