What is this shit? This means that a retired executive from PSU will be treated same as a retired Class 1/Group A officer of Central Govt. This is utter non sense. The posts of PSU executives are no way comparable to Class 1/Group A officer of Central/state govt.
How DOPT can categorize Non executive and Executive in PSUs like Class 1 and Class 2 posts in Cental/state Govt?
Iska matalb hai ki Income tax inspector, Assistant etc SSC posts ( Group B ) PSU ke staff ke equivalent ho gaye?
I will move to supreme court if this OM is going to be implemented. I have already got the reply from the PSU that No classification is being done ever.
bhai no use of filing any pil in court as the sc/hc have always been anti reservation ,their are various cases which shows that political pressure se kuch ho skta hai
