I've given up on mugging quotes and critics. Will write anything I know tomorrow, relevant or irrelevant.
Sorry wasn't online yesterday. And not that it matters now but paragraph wise. I don't even know how these answers can be written point wise Anyway, now the important part...

Did you feelPub ad paper 2 was vague or was it only me? Generally paper 2 is very scoring and scores in excess of 125 are common but this vague and generic paper will put paid to such hopes. At least that was what I felt. Still attempted all questions.
Btw, what a wonderful paper 1 with absolutely no questions from hidden syllabus. And wasn't the three trends straight-forward? I guess it was normative to empirical, ideographic to nomothetic and non-ecological to ecological. Wasn't that the answer?
bhai .. I felt the entire paper 1 to be direct .. like Theory X and Y .. NPA .. anti-dev thesis , 3 trends .. tayorlism etc .. I mean in our wildest dream .. we would not have thought that such easy paper will come ..
what today's pub ad paper has done is that it levelled all - new and old timers at level playing .. so real battle will be fought on marks ..
In public ad. paper 1 one I left one 10 marker short of time due to poor speed initially .Last questions directly wrote what was asked in points only. Paper 2 I think was generic type in this also in last questions just wrote what was asked in point form. Seeing you ppl I think i am doomed. Best of luck to every one for results.
Yes, paper 1 was dead easy. We all would have killed those direct questions.
What did you feel about paper 2? Were you able to quote apt examples for NGO question, Autonomy of higher civil servants question, New localism question? What did you write for these questions?
