  • While scanning we can choose greyscale and 200dpi options....after that convert the scanned images into pdf. This is how I did.
    scanned in 200dpi gray scale and conerted into pdf ....now do i have to check dpi for pdf also ?

    No need...just while scanning we need to keep it 200dpi n greyscale.

    Don't worry. UPSC will release fictitious payment list. Your name will be there. You just have to show proof that you made payment. UPSC will accept it because you are not at fault for bank refunding it.

    I think it's because your payment wasn't accepted due to some gateway issues and so refund happened. So, it's quite natural that you didn't forget or wilfully avoided payment. I know it's hard to be not tense but I would suggest you call up Farid and seek help. UPSC office opens tomorrow after Pooja and Muharram holidays.
