buddy an unsolicited advice from a non doctor- listen to some good soothing favourite music of yours. Switch off internet. Have faced both the things.
I took doctor's help. I don't know it worked or not but i left the medicine after 2 days. I felt that its my mind and i should be able to control it. I don't know whats the exact problem with you. Pr agar keval dimag ki khurafat hai to khud ko khud se sahi kro.. it will be long lasting.
@sonnye bhai I am not sure if u have a smoking history, If you have, then you may follow the advice for hyperventilation.
The hyperventilation you are experiencing may not be due to some neurological/psychological issue but may be due to issues with your lung function.
I would suggest you to visit a nearest hospital to get your lungs thoroughly diagnosed(Preferably Bangalore Hosp, South End Circle wala). Visit The "Pulmonologist" and request for a Chest PA view X ray and Get a PFT(Pulmonary function test) done. It will help you to know if there are any underlying issues. In any case, dont buy any medicines they prescribe, just get urself diagnosed and if needed, take further action with a choice of your doctor and hospital, by showing them ur reports.
Second issue, sleep wala. If you have any major issue that is always at the back of your mind or bothering you all the time, it is the cause of your lack of sleep. Two things happen, Either you procrastinate by avoiding to think about the issue and remain awake or you try to sleep, but get up after a short nap with a bad feeling. You also get vivid dreams and head seems heavy.
All these are indications from your body to solve the issue first. That is why its not letting you sleep. Focus more on how to solve the issue and you may feel light, as soon as you feel a bit of relief, eat heavy food or run for a few km's to sleep on time. This will probably put you on track. Kindly ignore, if u r not facing any issues in life.

Thanks a lot @pizza dear . Par hypvent. Ke episodes ke baad smoking shuru kari thee
Pehli cigarette khali is jhullahat mein pee thee,ki saala koi kukarm nahin kiya, fir b lagta hai ki saans nai aa rahee ,to chalo ab theek se cig. Peeta hu. Ek ye soch bun gayi thee ki saans to waise b nai a rahi ,to chalo cig hee peete hain So the cig.episode lasted for 6 yrs almost out of which 4 were of intense smoking ,including bidis as well. However,it has been a few years since the last puff.
Maine b socha hai ki monday ko apne current doc se milta hu.unko ye symptoms isliye nai bataye aj tak, kyunki ye aatey -jaatey wale symptoms hain.
Waise b kya kya bataun doc ko aadha pagal to wo aise hee samajhte hain , Itni tech. dikkatein unko already bata chuka hu ,is wajah se
But i am hopeful, coz the doc is fine and i am a patient who analyses the situation and attacks the root cause.

accha just another suggestion, zaruri nahi ki smoking hi hyperventilation cause kare, it may aggravate. I am telling kyunki, 9 yrs is a very very long time. Chronic conditions need effective management and should never be ignored. Also, lung kaafi sensitive and vital organ hai, uska khoya hua function re generate nahi hota, toh isiliye its better to get everything checked. Maine upar jo bataya hai, woh apke doctor ko zarur batana tests wala.. kindly do not ignore
^sure dear. @pizza. Maine bhee thaan liya hai, haar nahin maanunga. Warna yehan rehne ka kya fayda ? So , i wil dust up myselves, every time i fall and stand again.
Ok moderators .pls close the thread ,as i have zeroed upon the course of action. Also ,more than half the day has passed by and i haven't slept yet,so i am confident of correcting the sleep cycle today itself, without any pill. Thanks a lot everyone ,for the advices.
Out of the night that covers me, Black as the pit from pole to pole, I thank whatever gods may be For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance I have not winced nor cried aloud. Under the bludgeonings of chance My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears Looms but the Horror of the shade, And yet the menace of the years Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gait, How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul.]
Anyone want a life hack? I take personal guarantee of this. Being engg waking up whole night is very common. This destroys the sleep cycle. But I have never suffered from lack of sleep or sleeping disorders. I will be awake whole night but still will be always as energetic fresh and conc as if i just have taken a very good rest. I have been doing this often and till now it has not disappointed me.
Hack is simple, find out in google when at your place sun rises and just before that time sleep for 15 20 mins. Put an alarm if you need otherwise when you are alert you dont need that even. After 20 mins you will wake up as fresh as someone who has slept for whole night. Your body resets itself during this time. If you will sleep before sunrise or after sunrise you wont see the diff, just go to bed 1 or 2 min earlier than sunrise time. This hack has always kept me energetic and healthy. @pizza my bro from south of tropic of cancer and north of tropic of capricorn, have you tried this?

Nah, capt! Never tried. But i am sure what you said works. Its all about conditioning your mind. Same here, never faced any sleep issues.
I just corrected it last week. First apne dimag se nikal do sleeping at this time or that time is bad. My usually sleeping time was 6 am-8am. I decided to change it naturally and gradually. One day I slept at 12 at noon. Next day at 2 pm. Both days slept 2-3 hours less Than usual sleep time. And on 3rd slept at 6 pm and for full time. Next day again 6-7 pm. After that it got corrected. So it will take u 3-4 days to correct your sleep.this will b long lasting.
I tried to get it the hard way by waking up early.Never thought that you could do this.Great way

I am not sure if u have a smoking history, If you have, then you may follow the advice for hyperventilation.
