I am already undergoing medication and currently taking serta100 ,1 tab daily .Presently ,the only problem is occasional hyperventilation ,which comes and goes and is never present Continuously .Though,it has been a problem for almost ,past 9 years.
I am not anxious currently,still hyperventilating from the past 2 days.before that it did not occur for almost 2 Months.
Though ,i believe the reason for this is the incorrect breathing practice through chest ,which i have developed over the years.
However ,this time, i am trying to rectify it,through correcting my breathing technique.(ie.breathing through diaphragm )
I wil also take the help of my doc,if need arises.
So this was my whole medical history.
But the main problem is to correct the sleep pattern,which has got disturbed from the past 7 days.The only purpose of the thread was to get an advice from you guys, on WHICH SLEEP PILL WOULD BE THE SAFEST FOR ME(considering my med.history ).
I would be using it,just for ONE NIGHT because the other day,the cycle would autmatically become usual .
Earlier, i used to correct the cycle by not sleeping the entire day,thus would go to sleep on time,the next day.
This time,i don't know why,but i am unable to do the above. I also did Cardios to get tired,but ,even the exercise didnt help much.
I woke up after an hour or so.
So,you would all be getting this idea of TRYING THE SLEEP PILL,FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY.

Actually ,it's all in the mind ,i knw .But you see,changing the brain bio-chem .is a tough task.

First apne dimag se nikal do sleeping at this time or that time is bad.
My usually sleeping time was 6 am-8am. I decided to change it naturally and gradually. One day I slept at 12 at noon. Next day at 2 pm. Both days slept 2-3 hours less Than usual sleep time. And on 3rd slept at 6 pm and for full time. Next day again 6-7 pm. After that it got corrected.
So it will take u 3-4 days to correct your sleep.this will b long lasting.
The thing is, whenever i am aware of my breating pattern, 6 out of 10 times ,the problem of hypervent .aggravates
When not aware of the breathing pattern,the problem is there but doesn't trouble much
.
In any yogic kriya,you have to focus on breath,hence i avoid them.
So,my only focus is on cardios.Even after an intense run, i breathe in a normal way only for a few hours and then the demon returns
Even if not hyperventilating ,i have this urge of a v. Deep breath ,once in a while and i find it to be more frequent than NORMAL.
Sometimes i feel it is "SENSORIMOTOR OCD
