Jab UPSC ka chairperson nhi bata sakta ki is samay cutoff kitna hai to INDIA BHAI.... BANGLADESH BHAI... kaun hai.... kuch to mental level rakho .....IAS ke exam ki baat hai koi mataka nhi chal raha ki 100 no . ayega 115 ayega. NO hard feeling for anyone.... keep preparing for mains ...
