United nations climate change conference is the name of the conference that happened at Paris. The 1972 summit was called conference on human environment, similarly 2015 summit is called conference on climate change. It is different from unfcc. Unfcc is a permanent body, while United nations climate change conference refers only to that conference.

This is not true. The main feature of bitcoin is that all transactions are broadcast to everyone. So you can track any transaction from the beginning of bitcoin. You can see bitcoin transaction happening live here https://blockchain.info/
But I don't know if any central banks are tracking it right now. So not sure about option.
In millets question, there was an option that poor, small, marginal farmers have larger stake in this. How can this stmt be wrong ?
Secondly in UNCCD mein, there is special/particular focus on North Africa and South Asia. I strongly feel this shud be right. But I am not able to find exact words in Google. Can somebody help here
