As far as I know that was never under consideration... 32/6 will remain at least till Baswan report... and 32+/6+ was never even acknowledged by the political class let alone the dopt/upsc bureaucracy...

age to is attempt ma koi kam nai karega.. election ki maaya ...jab tak neta ha kisi v exam ma age kam karna ,its very difficult...
