Why do we need someone to tell that notification will be issues later. If it is not issues today/tomorrow it's understandable that it will be issued later. It would have been better had they gave a future date

These morons expect us to do all the things in the world in time and can't issue notification on time..... 2013 delayed 2014 delayed... 2015 delayed and so in 2016.... lazy and inefficient fools
