    Over all good answer. Just to add few points:
    1. Boost to the export sector and related chain- creation of variety of semi skill jobs. Give example like India exports fruits, vegetables and flowers to EU.
    2. Since horticulture is bit technical and expertise extension work is needed.. educated youths can be roped in.
    3. You have already mentioned logistics like packing and couriers.
    4. On the rural development side .. these sector can prove to one of kind of Dynamics Propulsive innovative firm take have spill over effect- quote Growth pole theory. Earlier govt. have used this method only for industries..Now it would be good to apply this in labor intensive and high return agriculture sector too.
    5. Also include the dimension of women empowerment after giving way to job creation.
    6. Undue migration will be stopped, thus the quality of job created will be better.Also in these sectors there is large scope for formal and organised employment, which is the need of hour.
    7. Add the dimension of climate change and the vulnerability it possess.. so long term security is needed.
    8. Emphasis must be given to inclusive rural development as these sector are somewhere elitist inn nature.
    9. You can draw a flow chart to show the contribution of the sector on the rural development.. this would save your words.
    10. Rest is fine. Keep writing.
